Produced in the illustrious region of Niigata by expert sake brewers Koshinohana Shuzo, this brew is perfected using the region’s soft water and climate, blended with the Koshiibuki rice variety and finally, presented beautifully with gold stars to reflect Niigata’s nocturnal bliss.
A delicate bouquet of white flowers address the nose. But make no mistake this is as dry as sake gets, and this is revealed by its exceptional lingering mouth-feel, providing a striking palate of green apples, nettles and dry grass long after it has been sipped.
