Isake Mini

Made by Yokota Sake Brewery in Saitama (a brewery consistently rated amongst Japan’s best by the prestigious Annual Japan Sake Awards), this junmai is surprisingly light and fresh, with soft peach notes.

Isake Mini uses sake musashi, Saitama’s first original brewer’s rice. With a starchy consistency, the rice produces excellent quality koji which is the key to sake production. Each bottle of this light, fresh Junmmai comes hand wrapped in Japanese washi paper, topped with a unique good luck charm (go-en).
