This Japanese inspired plum liqueur is made from French plums carefully selected in Moissac (a region famous for growing the fruit), then macerated in grape spirits, and finally aged in Cognac barrels for 11 months. Matured to perfection, this light liqueur is the perfect alternative to a fine dessert wine for marrying with your tarts, cakes, and pastries.

With supple flavours of Marzipan, glacier cherries and bakewell tart, this resembles a fine amaretto, yet offers additional dimensions of well-structured delicate aromas of stone fruits; apricots, lychee and red apples.
